Repaired pallets: the same job for a lot less.
For most warehousing, manufacturing and distribution work, a quality repaired pallet performs like new at a fraction of the price. Every pallet we supply is sorted, inspected and graded before it ships, so you get the grade you ordered.
Grades, explained
We grade to a consistent standard so everyone means the same thing:
- ✓Grade A: like-new condition with only minor cosmetic wear. Suits retail, grocery distribution and racking.
- ✓Grade B: structurally sound with visible repairs such as replaced boards or companion stringers. Suits warehousing, manufacturing and internal distribution.
- ✓Combo: a mix of Grade A and B in one order. The best value for high-volume, non-critical use.
How every pallet gets graded
Pallets are received from recyclers and repair yards, sorted by type and size, inspected for broken boards and stringer damage, repaired with matching lumber where needed, then assigned a grade and staged to ship.
The sustainable choice
Reusing a pallet keeps lumber in service and out of the landfill. If your company reports on sustainability, a documented shift to repaired pallets is a measurable step.
